The Prosperity Credit Union Board of Directors are representatives who are elected by, accountable to and serve in the best interest of our member-owners. It’s their responsibility to steer the course of our credit union, develop our policies, approve strategic plans and ensure that we’re compliant with the ever-changing regulatory landscape. They have no say in individual operational decisions or approvals. Instead, they’re focused on the big-picture task of defining the future direction of our financial cooperative.

Our Executive Management team works to establish, implement and oversee the strategic goals set by our Board of Directors, ensuring that our day-to-day operations are bringing value to our members and exceeding their expectations while supporting our fundamental credit union principles.
